Patients will be included prospectively and consequently up to 10 000 patient.

The IAU Scientific committee will give approval of the start of the collection of patients for every clinical center

The centers wishing to participate in the study should send a cover letter to IAU Scientific committee.

The data of the study should be collected with a web-based data management system. Each center will have a personal username and a password.

Each clinical center will have a study coordinator responsible for the collection of the data

The IAU Scientific committee will create an Audit Committee for monitoring and quality control of the data of the clinical centers.

The data analysis will be guided and coordinated by IAU Scientific Committee.
